30-Day Return & Replacement Policy
We offer a 30-day return or replacement policy, meaning you have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return or replacement.
To qualify for a return:
✔ Items must be unused, unworn, with original tags attached, and in their original packaging.
✔ Returns must be shipped to our designated warehouse with a tracking number.
✔ Your order number must be included in the return package.
✘ Returns sent to an intermediary shipping facility will not be eligible for a refund.
📌 Important Notes:
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
• Please do not order multiple sizes with the intention of returning the ones that don’t fit. If you need sizing assistance, feel free to reach out to us at support@leeeho.com before placing your order.
• Each bag’s dimensions are clearly listed on our website for your reference.
How to Start a Return?
To initiate a return, please contact us first at support@leeeho.com. If your return is approved, we will provide you with a return address and instructions.
⚠ Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Order Cancellation
Due to our automated fulfillment system, orders can only be canceled within 1 hour of placement. After this timeframe, your order is automatically processed and registered with our shipping carrier, making cancellations no longer possible.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately, and we will resolve the issue for you.
Exchanges
🚫 We do not offer exchanges at this time due to high order volumes. If you need a different item, please place a new order and return the original item according to our return policy.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
• Items deemed unsellable (damaged, used, or missing original packaging/tags) will not be refunded.
• If approved, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.
• Please note that banks and credit card companies may take additional time to process and post the refund.
📌 Orders that qualify for a replacement or exchange are no longer eligible for a refund.
